The drive modes of 2022 E-Transit are suited to the electric powertrain. According to Ford research, if E-Transit is operated unloaded with spirited acceleration or at highway speeds, a specific Eco Mode attempts to give up to an 8-10% improvement in energy usage. To help maximize the available driving range, Eco Mode limits top speed, regulates acceleration, and optimizes climate control.
